Who We Are

My boyfriend and I are outdoorsy nerds and lovers of good food. But not always. Did you know that my boyfriend Eric would eat tubes of icing when he got stressed out during college? Who could succumb to that level of mediocrity? That’s why I started this blog- to keep people who already have dietary restrictions from consuming something like cardboard.

I realize I have not said much about myself. I am a lover of sloths. Especially the baby ones.
